Ocean Cleanup Events
Led by the Trash Panda Brigade
Join us for ocean cleanup events in partnership with Trash Panda Brigade, the Tsartlip Nation, and Peninsula Streams. As paddlers, we must protect what we love... so we're doing our part to cleanup shorelines that are best accessed by paddling. The Trash Pandas are a group of Paddle Canada Instructors and friends who incorporate shoreline and ocean clean into their paddling adventures on a regular basis. Hagan Creek Cleanup
We strongly recommend using SUPs and canoes. We will be hopping on and off the water as we do the clean up, so paddlers should be prepared with:
-water shoes or high rubber boots
- gloves
- any other gear you have, like picker
Rentals are $35 per person - Event is FREE with own equipment. We are honored to partner with Tsartlip First Nation, so paddlers bringing their own equipment will launch from the Tsartlip Boat Launch.
